# GEO audit checklist (monthly)

Free companion to the ChatBakers GEO Academy. Work top to bottom, once a month, same prompt set every time.

## 1. Re-query (30 min)
- [ ] Ask the frozen 20–30 buyer prompts in ChatGPT (fresh chats, no follow-ups)
- [ ] Ask the identical set in Perplexity
- [ ] Log per answer: mentioned yes/no, position, description accurate yes/no, competitors named

## 2. Score (10 min)
- [ ] Share of voice overall + per platform + per funnel stage
- [ ] Compare against last month (delta, not snapshot)
- [ ] Flag accuracy regressions (wrong pricing/features quoted)

## 3. Gaps to briefs (20 min)
- [ ] List (prompt, competitor-cited, you-absent) triples
- [ ] Rank by commercial intent
- [ ] Open each winning source, note the missing piece (table, definition, review, freshness)
- [ ] Write one brief per gap cluster: one page, one question, one quotable answer

## 4. Technical hygiene (10 min)
- [ ] robots.txt allows OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Claude-SearchBot, Googlebot
- [ ] llms.txt present and listing key pages
- [ ] Money pages updated within 90 days
- [ ] Category-definition page still accurate

## 5. Ship & schedule
- [ ] Publish the briefed pages
- [ ] Calendar the next identical re-query in 4 weeks
- [ ] Spot-check resolved gaps quarterly (answers drift)
